THE GRL PEANUT BUTTER CHIP COOKIE
Crispy edges. Fudgy center. Too many chips. Exactly right.
What you need:
⅔ cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup flour
1½ cups peanut butter chips
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla — mix well.
Add cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and flour — stir until just combined.
Fold in peanut butter chips.
Scoop onto a baking sheet (chill for 30 mins if you want thicker cookies).
Bake 10–12 minutes — edges set, center soft.
Let cool slightly, then eat immediately.

They’re rich, sweet, salty, and perfect.
Go celebrate your Tuesday night. Mwah.
Save one. Eat two. Text someone a photo. Repeat next weekend.
